GREG ADLER
Greg Adler is Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Jennifer Duffy, APC, exclusively representing plaintiffs in consumer, employment, and civil rights class actions. Greg has extensive trial and litigation experience over the last 20 years, including as a criminal prosecutor.
Earlier in Greg’s career, he managed individual, business, and class action litigation for a publicly-traded, multinational corporation where he gained a wide breadth of experience from the defense side.
In a case that received extensive media coverage, Greg was hailed as an “Ethics Hero” after uncovering a massive scam of the court system in California. In essence, tow company operators were fraudulently filing thousands of lawsuits against innocent vehicle owners. Greg assisted the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office with its investigation and the five defendants pled no contest to 162 felony counts and were sentenced to prison terms of up to fourteen years. Greg was later recruited to work for the DA’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney and won guilty verdicts in every case he tried.
Greg attended UC Berkeley and graduated in 2001 with High Honors. In 2004, Greg graduated from UC Davis School of Law with Honors and served on the National Moot Court Competition Team and Moot Court Honors Board.

JENNIFER DUFFY
Jennifer Duffy is admitted to practice in California, Washington, D.C.*, and Missouri* as well as various federal courts. She has a litigation background in consumer class action practice, criminal law and appellate practice. She has focused on complex civil litigation and case development in her role as a class action practitioner. Ms Duffy has extensive trial litigation experience. She has practiced with internationally recognized law firms, notably Irell and Manella.
Ms. Duffy has litigated cases valued at more than $100 million for thousands of clients nationwide that resolved favorably for class members. Ms. Duffy’s practice is comprised of class action cases related to consumer protection laws as well as employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, TCPA and FDCPA violations, products liability, technology, banking and public and private services.
Ms. Duffy has extensive experience with multi-district litigation cases and was appointed to the executive committee In re: Daily Fantasy Sports Litigation, MDL No. 16-02677-GAO.
One of Ms Duffy’s specializations includes technology as it is applied to internet privacy and surreptitious tracking. She has consulted with think tanks and university graduate computer science departments related to security and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS). Her experience includes analysis of technology that uses some of the latest advancement in honeypot detection systems for network and server security of both private and governmental entities.
A frequent invited speaker at class action educational and professional conferences, Ms Duffy has lectured on a variety of class action issues, including trending class action developments, class action case origination trends, class certification in data breach and technology cases, and liability of insider trading defendants named in the In re: Daily Fantasy Sports Litigation.
Ms. Duffy graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994, where she was a founding member of the International Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas. Ms. Duffy received her B.A. in Journalism from California State University, cum laude.
