Class Action Against Biological Resource Center 

Biological Resource Center in Arizona has been investigated by law enforcement, including the FBI, for misconduct.  Families who donated their loved ones’ bodies for research and those who sought cremation services have been notified that Biological Resource Center did not carry out their wishes.

The company was apparently selling body parts and mishandling body parts in violation of state and federal law.  Some families have been notified by the FBI.  Others are just learning about the problems and possible violations against their family members.
