Dunkin Donuts Sales Tax For Water and Coffee<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s likely that Dunkin\u2019 Donuts<\/strong> knew they weren\u2019t supposed to charge tax on the water and pre-packaged coffee but did it anyway.
